Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Remitty, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. This summary is provided for clarity; the binding, jurisdiction-specific agreement is presented when you open an account.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- You must complete identity verification (KYC) before sending money.
- You must use Remitty only in regions where the service is available.
The service
Remitty lets you hold a balance, send money across supported corridors and (where available) spend with a card and earn yield. Delivery times are typically minutes but can vary with partner banks, compliance checks and recipient details. Our first live corridor is UAE → Egypt.
Fees & exchange rates
We charge a transparent, flat fee starting at $1 per transfer and apply the real, mid-market FX rate with 0% markup. The exact fee and rate are always shown before you confirm. R-Coins may be redeemed to waive eligible fees.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Remitty for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering or to send funds you are not authorised to send. We may decline, hold or reverse transactions to comply with law or protect users.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we provide it "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect recipient details you provide or by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
